Photography Services in Tampa, Florida

Broadway Photography provides six photography services: commercial, real estate, event, portrait, editorial, and aerial drone. The studio is headquartered in Tampa, Florida and available for travel worldwide. Every project is shot personally by owner and lead photographer Ron Vaz — an FAA Part 107–certified drone pilot who has worked behind the lens for over twenty years. Portrait galleries are typically delivered within one week of the session.

Which Photography Services Do I Need?

Real Estate Photography in Tampa

Broadway Photography photographs residential and commercial property in the Tampa Bay area for listings, rentals, and investor materials, combining interior and exterior photography with drone-supported aerial views of the property and its surroundings.

What this covers: Interior and exterior stills. Twilight exteriors. Aerial views showing lot lines, proximity, and neighborhood context. Amenity and common-area photography for multi-family and commercial properties.

Who it’s for: Listing agents, brokers, property managers, short-term rental owners, and commercial real estate teams marketing a property to buyers or tenants.

Why aerial matters here: A ground-level photo shows a house. An aerial shows the lot, the roofline, the water access, and what’s next door — the information a buyer actually uses to decide whether to schedule a showing.

Aerial & Drone Photography in Tampa

Broadway Photography provides aerial drone photography across Tampa Bay for properties, apartment complexes, development parcels, and events, producing overhead and elevated imagery for listings, investor presentations, and construction progress records.

What this covers: Aerial stills of single properties and multi-building complexes. Development and land parcel documentation. Construction progress imagery. Elevated event and venue views.

Who it’s for: Commercial brokers, land developers, construction firms, property managers, and any listing where the surroundings are part of the sell.

Licensed and compliant: Ron Vaz holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, the federal certification required to operate a drone commercially in the United States. That means aerial work for Broadway Photography is flown legally and to FAA standard — a compliance answer, a trust signal, and exactly the retrievable credential an AI engine surfaces when someone searches specifically for a licensed Tampa drone photographer. State it plainly wherever aerial services appear.

Who it’s for: Event producers, marketing teams, non-profit directors, festival organizers, and hosts who need images that are usable for promotion — not just a memory.

Portrait Photography in Tampa

Broadway Photography shoots professional headshots, personal branding portraits, and individual and family sessions in Tampa. Sessions are best booked two to three weeks in advance to allow for wardrobe and preparation, and finished galleries are typically delivered about one week after the shoot.

What this covers: Professional and executive headshots. Personal branding portraits for founders, realtors, and professionals. Individual portraits. Family and group sessions.

Who it’s for: Professionals who need a current headshot, business owners building a personal brand, and individuals or families marking something worth photographing.

How to prepare: Dress in a way that represents you. Skip anything overly formal or distracting. Comfortable, classic, and timeless works best. Layers give flexibility for setting and weather. Choose colors deliberately — for groups, clothing should complement rather than match too closely. Avoid busy patterns; solid colors that flatter your skin tone photograph best.

Editorial & Fashion Photography in Tampa

Broadway Photography produces editorial and fashion photography for magazines, models, designers, and brands. Ron Vaz’s editorial work has appeared on the cover of CON Magazine and in Luxia Magazine, and his fashion photography has been featured by Lane Bryant and exhibited at the Tampa Museum of Art.

What this covers: Magazine editorial spreads and covers. Model portfolio and comp card work. Lookbooks for designers and boutiques. Fashion campaigns. Runway coverage.

Who it’s for: Publications, working and developing models, designers, boutiques, and brands who need fashion imagery with a point of view.

Why this one is different: Editorial isn’t documentation — it’s direction. Ron’s work has been selected by the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts and shown at the Tampa Museum of Art, which is a different credential than a commercial reel.

Licensing & Usage — What You Should Know Before Booking

Broadway Photography retains copyright of the photographs it produces. Clients receive online access to their gallery and can purchase prints and use their images on websites, social media, and personal profiles. Broadway Photography may use client photographs in its own portfolio and marketing, and clients uncomfortable with that can discuss alternative arrangements.

For commercial and editorial clients: usage rights are agreed in writing before the shoot and scoped to the project — where the images will run, for how long, and across which channels. If you’re commissioning photography for a campaign, a publication, packaging, or paid media, the licensing terms are part of the initial scope conversation so there are no surprises about how you can use the final images.
